Prof. Pratibha Singhi is Chief of Pediatric Neurology and Neurodevelopment Post Graduate Institute, and consultant Incharge of Rehabilitation Centre Chandigarh, India.

She has also worked as Consultant Pediatric Neurologist -at The Great Ormond Street Hospital, London, UK. She is the National Delegate for India for Asian Oceanian Child Neurology Association and a member of the Executive Board of International Child Neurology Association.

Her main areas of research are CNS infections, Neurodevelopmental disorders including cerebral palsy, autism, and ADHD, developmental and family studies, and epilepsy. She has authored a book on "Seizures and Epilepsy in Children" and is currently editing an international book on CNS infections in children. She has conducted several research projects, published 255 research papers in international and national peer reviewed journals and 22 chapters in books. Delivered more than 250 invited talks; Chaired/guest lectures in over 85 International Conferences. She is a Member Editorial Board and Reviewer for several international and national journals. She has received several international fellowships, gold medals, best paper awards and research awards including the James Flett Gold Medal of IAP- 1987 for best research in Social Pediatrics -Childhood Disability, Asian Research Award at the 6th Infantile Seizure Society at Tokyo and "Medical Scientist Award" by Dr Shurvir Singh Trust, Rajasthan for outstanding contributions in Medical Sciences.

She has started the DM Pediatric Neurology program in her Department. For her services in Pediatrics and Neurodevelopment she has been awarded Fellowships of Indian Academy of Pediatrics and of National Academy of Medical Sciences.
