Dr. Esra Serdaroglu
Associate Professor, MD, PhD, Child Neurologist, Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Ankara, Türkiye.
Esra Serdaroğlu is a consultant pediatric neurologist at Gazi University. She graduated from Turkiye’s first MD-PhD program at Hacettepe University. She completed medical biology PhD, pediatric residency and later pediatric neurology fellowship in the same university.
She received an EPNS fellowship award to visit Complex Motor Disorders Service in Evelina London Children's Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Jean-Pierre Lin. She is interested in the genetic and semiological assessment and management of movement disorders (especially dystonia), the outcome measures and deep brain stimulation practices.
She is actively involved in FLICNA (former Chair), YEPNS (young EPNS), AOCNA and pediatric special interest group of Movement Disorder Society (former steering committee member).
