3 yr old boy with arginosuccinic aciduria
Diffusely increased signal in the head of the caudate nuclei bilaterally both of which appear small and similar signal abnormalities are seen in the globus pallidus on both sides. The changes in the caudate and the globus pallidus would be consistent with the few reported cases of MR imaging in argininosuccinic aciduria
