Voting FAQ

All eligible members have been emailed a security code which they need to enter on the online voting site to validate their eligibility. The email address used for emailing the security codes is the one which ICNA normally uses to communicate with you, which would normally be one you had used in your ICNA membership application form.

 All Full Members are eligible to vote in this election. Associate members and Junior (Trainee) members are not eligible to vote.

 If you have completed your training, please contact us at memberships@icnapedia.org and we will consider upgrading your membership. A proof of completion of training may be required.

 We have taken all necessary precautions to make sure the security codes are not blocked by any servers. However it is impossible to guarantee this and in some situations the emails may be filtered out incorrectly by spam filters. If you have not received your security code please contact admin@icnapedia.org and we will endeavour to help you.

 All ICNA elections are now conducted entirely online. In the very unlikely event of you being unable to use the online voting facility, please contact us at admin@icnapedia.org and we will endeavour to help you.

The site has been tested on all modern browsers and the most common handheld devices including smart phones and tablet devices. In the event of any difficulty please contact voting@icnapedia.org and we will endeavour to help
