Payment and Confirmation
All costs referred to are in USD ($). All payments must be made in USD ($); no other currency will be accepted. Full payment is due for the registration fees.

Upon completion of your online registration, you will be sent a confirmation by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided on the registration form and will show whether we have received your payment and will include an invoice.

Only digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the online registration. The invoice will be issued using the contact details provided on the registration form so please make sure you have provided us with the correct information.

Registration – Cancellation – Modification
It is extremely important that you familiarize yourself with the Terms & Conditions stated below that relate to all registrations, bookings and any transaction that relates to ICNCs. It is especially important that you understand the “Cancellation Policy” associated with the congress. Any registration you make means that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing and sent via email to icnc2026@icnapedia.org. Cancellations received on or before January 15, 2026, will incur a charge of 25% of the total registration fees, including booked social activities. For cancellations received from January 16, 2026 to April 15, 2026, 50% of the total registration fees and booked social activities will be payable. Cancellations received after April 15, 2026, require payment of 100% of the total registration fees. However, if a participant is unable to travel due to institutional restrictions or official travel regulations, the registration may be transferred to an unregistered colleague. A name change fee of $50 will apply. To initiate this transfer, participants must submit official documentation confirming their inability to travel (e.g., positive COVID-19 test result or institutional travel restriction letter) via email to icnc2026@icnapedia.org.

Please note: Travel and accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. If the congress is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, registration fees will be refunded after deducting any congress-related expenses already incurred.

Privacy Policy
By registering for this event, you agree to send your information to the International Child Neurology Association (ICNA) who will use it according to its privacy policy. Your information will be processed in line with the ICNA privacy statement.

Health and Safety Protocol
Your safety, security and health are important. ICNA and the local hosts will continue to review the coronavirus safety recommendations and guidelines issued by the Government. ICNA and the local hosts will adapt its congress plans accordingly and share updates with its audiences if necessary.

Nevertheless, by registering for this event, you understand that participation in events may increase the risk of exposure and contraction to communicable diseases, and viruses. You agree to release and hold harmless ICNA and the local host, contracted third parties, the facilities and their employees and representatives from and against damages, liability, claims and expenses arising from the contraction or spread of diseases and viruses, including but not limited to Coronavirus (COVID-19), due to your travel to or participation in any aspects of the congress. This agreement is binding for you, as well as your successors and heirs.

Insurance
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health, and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. ICNA, the local host and the local conference organizer (PCO) claim no liability for the act of any supplier to this meeting, nor liability for: acts of God, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism and its consequences, strike, lock-out, fire, explosion, flood riots, civil disturbance, actions taken part of the government, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, epidemics, health’s risks and pandemics or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the organizers.
