The Dr Bolívar Quito Betancourt is Doctor in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Cuenca. He specializes in pediatrics at the University of Buenos Aires - Argentina and Pediatric Neurology, also in Buenos Aires, at the "Juan P Garrahan" Pediatric Hospital.
It is part of the Latin American Academy of Pediatric Neurology. and ICNA (International Child Neurology Association).
