The purpose of this workshop is to: 1) review basic, translational and clinical evidence for neonatal encephalopathy (NE), hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and cerebral palsy (CP) 2) bring experts together to develop a research agenda for the prevention and treatment of NE, HIE and CP.
