Special Interest Group meetings at the ICNC2024
The Scientific Program Committee of the ICNC2024 is offering the opportunity to hold a limited number of Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings at the 18th International Child Neurology Congress. We invite members to convene and chair a SIG. The purpose of the SIGs is to facilitate networking opportunities for conference attendees who would like to discuss in greater depth a research, policy, or practice topic. The SIG convener(s) is expected to be in attendance, register for the conference (note registration is NOT waived for SIG Chairs or Presenters), and facilitate the meeting, which will be accessible for ICNC conference attendees. The SIG can be formal with a planned agenda or informal, depending upon the convener(s) and the participants. At least 50% of the time should be dedicated to discussion with delegate attendees.
The SIG meetings will be held during lunch breaks (12:30PM to 1:30PM). Lunches will not be provided at the individual SIGs and should be collected from the congress site.
We would like to remind you to regularly check our official website for the full program and updates regarding room allocations. Due to the dynamic nature of event planning, there might be changes to room assignments as we get closer to the congress dates.
