Frequently Asked

Yes, speakers may bring their own laptops. Apple / MacBook users will need to bring their own adapters (USB-C / Mini-DisplayPort to HDMI) to connect to the venue's projection system. We recommend testing your laptop with venue equipment in the Speaker Ready Room ahead of your session.

Slides must be uploaded at the Speaker Ready Room (Room 106, 1st Floor TICC) at least 1 hour before your session. Earlier is better — uploading the day before, when possible, removes any last-minute pressure.

The Speaker Ready Room is open from 06:30 – 18:00 on conference days (08:00 – 18:30 on May 25, and until 17:00 on May 29). Detailed hours are listed in Section 01 above.

PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf) files are recommended. Use a 16:9 widescreen ratio for best results on the venue's screens. If your presentation contains embedded videos, please bring the source video files separately as a backup, and arrive early to test playback on venue equipment.

Each platform presentation is allocated a 15-minute slot, typically structured as roughly 10–12 minutes of presentation followed by 3–5 minutes of Q&A and discussion led by the session chair. Please rehearse to time — chairs will keep the session running on schedule.

The full programme is on the Platform Presentations portal, with filters by day, session, and theme. You can also use the Presenters Index to find your name and slot in alphabetical order, with the exact start and end times of your talk.

Each session is led by a Chair and Co-Chair. The Session Chairs page lists the chair and co-chair for every session across all three congress days.
