What happens next?
The proposal will be reviewed by the ICNC2018 Scientific Program Committee. By November 1, 2017 the Chair will be notified whether your proposal was selected. If selected you need to obtain provisional commitments from your proposed speakers for their participation. You will be asked to provide us with a 100 word description of the session suitable for publication on the ICNApedia and/or congress website and/or other print publications relating to the congress before January 31, 2018 The final details regarding the schedule and selected format will be notified by the end of February 2018. All presenters are expected to disclose relationships that could reasonably be viewed as creating a conflict of interest with respect to the content of their presentation.
