Payment and Confirmation
All costs referred to are in Euro (€). All payments must be made in Euro (€); no other currency will be accepted. Full payment is due for the registration fees.
Upon completion of your online registration, you will be sent a confirmation by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided on the registration form and will show whether we have received your payment and will include an invoice.
Only digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the online registration. The invoice will be issued using the contact details provided on the registration form so please make sure you have provided us with the correct information.
Registration – Cancellation – Modification
It is extremely important that you familiarize yourself with the Terms & Conditions stated below that relate to all registrations, bookings and any transaction that relates to ICNC 2024. It is especially important that you understand the “Cancellation Policy” associated with the congress. Any registration you make means that you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent via email to icnc2022@icnapedia.org.
- In case of cancellation before or on Feb 01, 2024, 25% of the full registration costs (congress fee and any social activities booked) must be paid.
- In case of cancellation between Feb 02, 2024 and April 1, 2024, 50% of the full registration costs (congress fee and any social activities booked) must be paid.
- If the cancellation is received after April 2, 2024, 100% of the full registration costs are due.
Exception: after this date, if the participant is forbidden to travel by his/her institution or by travel regulations, he/she may transfer his/her registration to a colleague who is not registered yet. The organization will charge a name change fee of €50. The participant will be asked to send by email to icnc2024@icnapedia.org an official document stating his/her impossibility to travel (e.g. positive Covid test result, letter of the institution stating the internal statement).
NOTE: No travel and accommodation will be reimbursed.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
Privacy Policy
By registering for this event, you agree to send your information to the International Child Neurology Association (ICNA) who will use it according to its privacy policy. Your information will be processed in line with the ICNA privacy statement.
Health and Safety Protocol
Your safety, security and health are important. ICNA and PANDA-SA will continue to review the coronavirus safety recommendations and guidelines issued by the Government of South Africa. ICNA and PANDA-SA will adapt its congress plans accordingly and share updates with its audiences if necessary.
Nevertheless, by registering for this event, you understand that participation in events may increase the risk of exposure and contraction to communicable diseases, and viruses. You agree to release and hold harmless ICNA and TCNA, contracted third parties, the facilities and their employees and representatives from and against damages, liability, claims and expenses arising from the contraction or spread of diseases and viruses, including but not limited to Coronavirus (COVID-19), due to your travel to or participation in any aspects of the congress. This agreement is binding for you, as well as your successors and heirs.
Insurance
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health, and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. ICNA, PANDA-SA, African Agenda as DMC claim no liability for the act of any supplier to this meeting, nor liability for: acts of God, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism and its consequences, strike, lock-out, fire, explosion, flood riots, civil disturbance, actions taken part of the government, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, epidemics, health’s risks and pandemics or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the organizers.

Please note that the refund policy below is not related to The International Child Neurology Congress (ICNC) RegistrationsYou can request a full refund up to ten working days* after confirmation that your purchase has been completed, provided you have not accessed the materials. Any request for withdrawal after ten days following purchase, or once the materials have been accessed, if approved, will receive a credit note which can be used towards paying for a future online course. In such cases, 20% of the course fee will be charged as an administration fee. Credit notes expire after 12 months. Online courses or CME content that cannot be continued or rescheduled will be refunded in full. ICNApedia will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it.
