A teen aged girl who presented with idiopathic facial pain which began after being hit by a toy plane over her forehead 6m back. On examination has some puckering of skin with hyperaesthesia over the right supraorbital region. Presentation almost like a complex regional pain syndrome though, rarely reported over the face region even in adults. MRI head normal. CBZ failed. Now trying PGB.
