I have a 13 yr old girl with hypersomnolence. Her mother has a confirmed diagnosis of narcolepsy (without cataplexy). Her csf hypocretin/orexin levels are however normal. She is awaiting a polysomnogram/MSLT. Neuroimaging is normal. Normal neurological examination
