8 year old girl with three episodes of steroid reponsive optic neuritis in the past. She is MOG low positive and AQP4 Negative. She now presents with symptoms suggestive of another relapse. Neuroimaging of brain and spinal cord is negative. What would be your approach to managing this child please?

Practical query. I think there would be consensus that child would need long-term immunomodulators. However, individual choices may be different. I prefer Rituximab in such cases.
